I came out 6 years ago. I came out to first to my cousin. We were shopping in JC Pennys in underwear department when I told her I was a lesbian. She was really cool about it.

Then it was time to tell my mom. Well I didn't have a chance to tell my mom because she found out by herself. She knew something was up, she went searching in my room, when she found a love letter from my ex-girlfriend. It was a very steamy letter too. She is still trying to understand it all but she is used to the idea.

My dad is the best. When I told him, he said "Girl, I knew that already"

I've been out totally for 6 years.
